Redemption is one of those big theological words that we throw around in order to describe what has happened to us because of the person and work of Jesus Christ.  At its most basic level it describes the act of buying the freedom of a slave.  It means being released from servitude.  The Psalmist in Palm 107 paints four pictures of what redemption feels like and invites us to celebrate the ways we have experienced this release.  In this series we will try to take up the Psalmist’s invitation and explore our own stories of redemption.
