Lenten Sermon Series (February 10-March 27, 2016)
This Lent the Psalms of Ascents (Psalms 120-134) will provide the foundation for our sermon series. These songs are prayers that were sung by pilgrims who were headed up to Jerusalem to worship God in the Temple. They provide a framework for us to explore the resources we need to fuel our journey of faith. Beginning on Ash Wednesday and ending on Easter we will delve into nine of these psalms and the ways they direct our steps on the way of discipleship
